Small Town Gigs
Sometimes playing gigs in relatively small towns can be more rewarding than playing “big shows”. Whether it’s a small crowd or a big crowd, most times the people just seem more appreciative, especially if they’re not totally used to bands coming in, bringing good production and generally rocking their asses off!
I played a Superswamp gig last night in Laurens, SC & besides having a really fun gig, I had the chance to meet some really cool people who appreciated what we did. Gigs like that are a win/win, ya know?
