A Taste Of Logic
Review from Silent Screamzine

Translated from Italian

A little ‘Steve Vai and a bit’ Van Halen, here is the brilliant British guitarist Steve Senes handyman struggling with his debut album. We speak of instrumental music, of course, but rarely in recent times I happened to listen to artists who could sing so well their guitar not to feel the lack of a human voice. Responsible for a variety of songwriting and finished that, more than the mere display of technique, can make a lot of this pleasant listening. The influences that are in fact many are blatantly as it passes very naturally from rock to metal, funk to fusion with a simplicity that is almost crippled. The fact that this work has been entirely built by Steve without any external help (was busy writing, playing, producing and arranging!) Makes us understand how “Theory Of De-Evolution” is essentially a transparent window through which the musician showed off his whole self. I do not know how many fans will recognize him in the end, but definitely worth it to throw an ear.
